RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returning Merchandise If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email at endlessvisionwholesale@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of goods.

The email must contain the following:

  • Subject Line : Refund Request
  • Order # and Style # (Description)
  • Reason for return: (Describe the problem in a few words)
  • Attach the photo or video evidence of the items you’d like to return, clearly showing the damages or defects.

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Refunds/Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
